At CONDIE & CO we actively encourage our staff to perform to the best of their ability. This includes on-line access to numerous sources of reference material as well as to our extensive database. We understand the importance of training both to the development of our staff and to the quality of the work we can expect them to do, and all staff receive a combination of on the job training, and attendance at internal and external training courses. In many cases, the firm will support an employee's attendance at a further education college to obtain additional qualifications relevant to their job. After a short qualifying period with the firm, every employee is entitled to join our contracted out staff pension scheme, which also includes group permanent health insurance and death-in-service cover.

Experienced Accounts/Audit Assistant	Accounts/Bookkeeping staff
Tax Senior	Client Adviser

Suitably experienced person required to join our audit department. You will assist the partners and audit manager in fulfilling the firm's responsibilities to clients for accounts preparation work, auditing of financial statements and corporation tax computations. You will be familiar in the use of computer software packages and should have a minimum of two years' experience in an accountancy practice.

Experienced accounts/bookkeeping assistant required to join our busy accounts department. You will have experience in all aspects of maintaining clients financial records including preparing accounts to trial balance stage.

Required to join our tax department. The role encompasses the full range of corporate tax compliance for a varied portfolio of clients and may extend to personal tax work. You will have previous experience within a professional firm. Knowledge of dedicated computer packages would be a distinct advantage.
